Adaptation programs
We have developed several adaptation programs to help migrants. We recommend going through each of them.
Psychological adaptation
Psychological adaptation covers various aspects, including adjusting to a new culture, language, customs and values, as well as establishing social connections and building a new identity.
One of the main problems that migrants face during the adaptation process is culture shock. It is a feeling of unfamiliarity and unfamiliarity in a new environment that can cause stress, anxiety and depression. Successful adaptation often requires the support of psychologists to help them recognize and understand their emotions, cope with negative thoughts, and develop strategies to overcome culture shock.
Language adaptation
It will help you quickly get used to the Russian language, begin to understand and speak it.
We will study grammar, pronunciation rules, teach you to understand slang and phraseological units.
Linguistic adaptation is also related to cultural adaptation. Language not only conveys information, but also reflects cultural values and customs.
Language adaptation will not only help them communicate effectively in a new language, but will also enrich their cultural experience, expand their capabilities and give them new perspectives.
Social adaptation
The process includes learning social norms and rules, developing communication skills, and adapting to roles, expectations, and responsibilities within family, school, work, and society at large.
Successful adaptation will allow you to feel part of a community, establish deep, meaningful relationships and realize yourself as an individual.
Successful social adaptation will improve psychological and physical well-being, reduce stress, improve mental and emotional skills, and increase self-esteem and self-confidence.
Cultural adaptation
We will help you quickly integrate into a new cultural environment, master and accept its features, norms, values and behavioral stereotypes. Let's talk about history, traditions and customs.
